Samsung 43In UE43TU7020KXXU - TV won't find any terrestrial channels / Freeview

Full model: Samsung 43In UE43TU7020KXXU Smart 4K UHD HDR LED TV

Just acquired a new TV and failed multiple times to do auto tuning, picking up 0 terrestrial channels. It will only find Samsung TV Plus channels. Looked on these forums and found many people in a similar position but no conclusive answer. Any help appreciated.

Try connecting your aerial then carry out a full factory reset (not just a switch on, switch off). My Frame would only connect to digital channels numbered 4000+ until I did this. Now it works fine. Why Samsung cannot give simple set up instructions I will never know.
