Hi,

Just bought the above and linked my S22 Ultra to it. Finding though if i try to cast a video from Facebook on it it wont work. Any other platform like You tube works fine. Any ideas please or is it FB or the two are not compatible ?

Hi there, @AdieDorset. That's unusual, and it indicates the issue lies with the Facebook app/site. What specifically happens when you try to cast a Facebook video to your TV?

Furthermore, are you doing this via the Facebook site on your mobile browser or via the app itself?

Hi Paul, @PaulM1 its through the app. When i press the share it just put's it up into the top left of my mobile

Thanks, @AdieDorset. Just to cover the first possibility, have you ensured that you're using the most up-to-date version of the Facebook app by checking for updates on the Google Play Store?

Also, have you tried restarting your phone and TV, and casting from the app again? Sometimes a restart is a great way to kickstart the connection.

@PaulM1 just did all that but no change. Have this come up when i press the cast in the top right corner and its as if its not picking up my tv but they are both on the same network.

Ah, I see. Hmm, just to be clear, is "Bedroom TV" your Samsung TV or another television in your household?
