Hi this is the TV I have and it recently developed the purple spot on the bottom right side of it, I'm not sure why this happened as nothing has bashed the screen and the unit hasn't been dropped since bought from the store, can I get a clarification of what caused this and how it's going to be fixed?????

Which model of TV do you have? Does this show on a picture test? Go to Menu > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test.
