S95F Recordings

My 55" S95F OLED tv allows me to record and timeshift with a USB HDD. but I cannot find a way of easily accessing the recordings. The 2025 firmware seems to have removed the Recording Manager menu items.

The HDD is visible as a connected device, but it only shows files of recordings and no future scheduling.

AI spent hours researching but was no help.

Update: Once I've looked at the files on the connected HDD device they miraculously appear on the 123 button menu ... scroll right past the numbers 1 to 9 and the schedule and recording menus appear.

Thanks so much❤ I couldn’t have found the recording menu and scheduling menu on my own. Such a bad GUI Interface.

This 65S95F has more recording problems, which my 10 years old Samsung TV did not have:

It does not record a Scheduled recording when it is turned off, unless you leave it in the TV (tuner) as al last watch source.

It will not record Scheduled recording after making any setup change.

You have to unplug it from the wall (and re plug it) in order to do so.

Sometimes for no reason, it stops recognizing the external HDD or even the best Samsung SSD. It regains access to the SSD only after ... un/re plugging the TV from the wall.
