On our 65" RU7170 we are having some issues using Airplay from an Iphone as source (Iphone 7 and XS). Screen Mirroring generally works fine but when attempting to play a video in a browser full-screen the black screen with casting symbol appears and the video cannot be loaded (for both Chrome and Safari). In many cases, the same video will play if it isn't put on full screen. The behavior is the same for both types of Iphones and I am at a loss to why this is happening. Seems to be that mirroring works fine but as soon as the device tries to cast (i.e. in full-screen mode), videos cannot be displayed most of the time. Thanks for any help!
