Hi everyone. I have a 2019 model RU7020 that cannot see UHF channel 44(which I believe is 658MHz) and thus will not receive freeview channels like Dave and Really and others on that frequency.
It sees all other frequencies fine with 95-100% signal quality, and I have other Samsung TV's in the house(a KU6400 and a 2020 TU7000) that are connected to the same aerial and are able to see and scan channel 44 with no problems.
The RU7020 is on the latest OTA update available and I have tried a factory reset, and I have tried manually scanning the frequency from the advanced settings in the tuning menu, it shows channel 44 as having 0% signal, which cannot be right.
Can anyone help?
