Hi,my week old neo qled was faulty so i asked for a replacement tv.They took it away and said it could be up to 10 business days to fix/replace.
I traded my other tv in with samsung as part of the deal.
I have no tv.its been a week now.
Does anyone know if there is anyway i can find out the progress of tv status? Thanks,jay
