I have a very big problem with the refund for my product, which I did not receive from delivery because the packaging was damaged. I have spoken to the service center several times and the only answer I get is that they have not received the product back. I also spoke to the courier company and they said they returned the product 5 days ago.
Hi, Tracking status has been changed to RTS (return to supplier) 5 days ago. But after conversation with customer service I was told that their logistics team did not receive my item. This same answer every second day.
