return condition of samsung TV bought on samsung webshop

Hi

I've bought a TV that was delivered 29.06. I am not satisfied with the picture quality and I want to return it. 

But I have few questions regarding return conditions:

1. I am requesting a return within your  14 days policy,  so will I get a 100% refund if the TV was used for  approximately 5 hours but it is in "like new" condition?

2. I have also removed a protective film from the screen; can you confirm that I will still get 100% refund?

3. Are there are any other special conditions for the return?

I would recommend speaking to Samsung Support directly and ask the question as this is a customer to customer forum.

I'd also recommend checking this link out, assuming you're in the UK, as it also details the return rules, collection fees and also where they'd charge you for the return
