Return all products as they don't work

I need to return all products as non work and customer services are the worst I have ever experienced in my life . I've been stuck with my TV on or off not being able to change channel at all with remote or smartthings,  have to say that as some fool will say try the remote or the bottom of the TV like we are back using tvs bfr the invented remote control .
