Restart loop Crystal 55" 2020

Hello community,

I have a stinker of a problem with the television. It is a Crystal 55" from 2020. Since two days, it has started an endless cycle of restarts. I have disconnected everything, even the remote (by removing the batteries). Nothing works. I left it disconnected from the mains overnight twice. Nothing works. It restarts after about 5 seconds. So, I cannot even access the menus.

I have no idea what to do. I have requested assistance from Samsung and continue to wait for it.

I am not happy at all. Any observations would be appreciated

Hi @El Vikingo  Have you checked that you are on the latest firmware on Samsung Support https://www.samsung.com/uk/tvs/  if not you can download to USB and update that way.

if that is  the issue  try holding Power Button in on the remote for around 5 seconds until  the Tv reboots to see if that makes any difference.  when disconnecting devices/unplugging  have you tried after a few minutes, an idea also to Reboot the router at the same.    However it could be an issue with the panel and if no solution Samsung Support would be able to advise further.

Thanks kindly for your reply. I have tried all the above. I regularly check for updates despite having the setting for automatic update. It switches off just after the logo appears. So, it is impossible to access the menus.

As I mentioned I have requested customer support and I am waiting for them to reply. I decided to write in the forums in the meantime to see if others have had a similar problem....
