Reset the region on Samsung TV

Recently puchased a Samsung UE50RU7020 in Jersey, Channel Islands and some of the apps, particuarly Nowtv states that this is not available. I have tried to reset the smart hub to the UK with MUTE-VOL UP-CH UP- MUTE and no joy!!

Any advice?
