Hi All,
I purchased a QLED N95 Neo 4k when it arrived it is faulty.
I have contacted the shop and was told I would receive a replacement within 10 working days.
this is the 10th day and no sign of a replacement tv yet.
I have phoned the Samsung store support team on around 7 occasions and I am no further forward, can someone advised what my next move should be to take this issue further
