It was dropped when decorating. It has a crack corner to corner and it bent and splinted on one corner.
I’m a disabled OAP all my savings have go now. I just can’t afford a few hundred pounds to get it fixed. I can’t afford to live and need to supplement my shopping at the food bank. I do appreciate you trying though but, it’s really lonely without my tv. Please can someone help

Hi @Winston99 Sorry to hear, this would be classed as accidental damage so no warranty would apply (it is 2022 model). Sometimes insurance policies can cover home entertainment but would need accidental damage specified in any case (which obviously costs more).
Unfortunately whilst Samsung would not be able to assist with cost, you could enquire about likely charges (possibly family can help).
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Hi, @Winston99. Firstly, just wanted to let you know that I removed the photo you uploaded as it showed your serial number. This is personal to you, so I felt it was best to conceal it from the public platform.
Secondly, I'm sorry to see that your TV is not working as expected after it became damaged when you were decorating. Most of us have had an experience like that, I'd say (*points at self).
I appreciate that the content you enjoy on your TV provides a lot of enjoyment and solace so, while physical damage isn't covered under our warranty and would mean that a repair would be chargeable, you might wish to see how much a repair would cost:
https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/
You can also reach out to our array of Support Teams, if you need any assistance with arranging an inspection and repair:
https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/
If the cost of a repair is not manageable for you at the moment, I understand that there are some charitable organisations that can donate various household items (e.g. TVs) based on need. You should be able to find some by searching online and doing your due diligence.
I hope that you're able to find a swift solution.
Finally, please know that you're not alone, and there are so many good people in this Community who are happy to help. If we can help with anything, please let us know.

@Winston99 Further to the advice given by @PaulM1 I have noticed that one charity Wavelength can provide free technology, there is an application process. https://wavelength.org.uk/apply-for-help
