Hey folks. I have recently damaged the screen on my UE55 NU7400, there is a slight scratch and it appears to have knocked out a pixel. I have spoken to the official Samsung repair team at Smart Service Solution and they say that the part is no longer available. To say their customer service is poor would be an understatement. Would anyone have any ideas of anywhere else I could try and source a screen/replacement? The TV is not that old (5.5 years) surely they can't have disappeared off the face of the earth!?
