my new 65 inch 4k neo qled is displaying replace hdmi cables. I have bought two new cables for my sky and bt box. The cables are good quality 8k leads. The TV Is still showing replace cables. Is there anything I should be doing differently??
Are there any further HDMI ports you can try other than the two you attempted to use for these devices? if so try them as the ports may be at fault. Also make sure all the equipment is turned off when connecting HDMI cables
