So I have just recently bought an open-box Samsung Smart TV from Costco and I noticed there is an existing account that the previous owner didn't remove before returning the TV to Costco. I went to remove it from the TV, but I need the password from the account to remove it. Is there any way I can remove it without knowing the password? Am I able to reset the TV to factory settings to wipe it clean?
