Remove Universal Guide

So I got rid of TV Plus annoying me with video suggestions some time ago.

All good.

Now Universal Guide is bugging me with rental suggestions and other such garbage.

How to turn this off?

how do I get rid of the stupid universal guide. It just randomly showed up on my TV one day and I didn't install it. It is ***** and is the first thing that comes up every time I use the menu and I have to scroll away from it. I am really not happy with the frame TV, it has various glitches that make it *****. I will never buy another Sumsung TV when they force their advertising ***** on me.

Nightmare. Because of this universal guide. The TV freezes a lot. This is the worst thing Samsung has done. This was the last Samsung TV I bought.

I notice that I'm able to go into settings to stop it, but then it comes back again after awhile and has to be reset all over again.  It's very annoying, especially considering I have no desire to ever use it.
