Remove Freeview

Does anyone know how I can turn off the Freeview popup that appears on my tv when changingABC/SBS channels? It never used to do it and now it a magically appears and I find it very annoying.

You might mean HbbTV. It shows me what's on right now and next when I change channel. I found this page and it shows how to disable HbbTV.
