Just received my new QA65Q80TAUXZN tv. After basic setup and fw upgrade (13.04) I tried to pair my JBL E55BT headphones. (It was a huge selling point that I can listen to the tv at night, in silence)
Everything went smoothly, I was using the headphones without any problem when suddenly I had to change channel with remote. Nothing happened just got a message that a remote is already paired and if if I want to I can pair a new one by pressing the return and play/pause buttons simultaneously. So I did exactly that but it said can not find remote.
I tried to remove batteries for more than 20 seconds and push power on button before putting batteries back - nothing...
Finally I have chosen reset in settings menu (using mobile as remote) and I could use remote again. Without paired headphones...
Is there a solution for this problem ?
