Hi on my remote if I try using the channel up or down buttons it takes me straight to Samsung TV plus? Is this a setting issue? Also channel list only shows Samsung TV plus channels? Please can some one help thank you
If you press the Channel List button on the remote, you should see a check box in the top corner. Make sure All Channels is checked, not Samsung TV Plus.
