I've submitted 3 complaints about not receiving the full rebate for my purchase 50" Neo QLED TV.  The first query was submitted on 3rd of April, 2024 and I have yet to receive any reply beyond the automated acknowledgement of receipt.  This is a horrible standard of practice and I would appreciate any help in sorting this long overdue issue out.

Can you share more info on this one to see what we can do to help you out?

 

  • Are you based in the UK/Ireland? If not, which country are you based in?
  • What's the full model number of your Neo QLED TV? (Should be in 'Menu > Settings > All Settings > Support > About This TV' if you're unsure.)
  • What date did you purchase your TV? 
  • Which retailer did you purchase it from?
  • Is this a promotion you're referring to? If so, are you able to share details (or a link) of that promotion and/or where you submitted your claim/query to?

- Model Code: QE50QN90CATXXU - Serial Number: 0ERM3SEX101027T

- Purchase Date: 02/02/2024

- Purchased directly from Samsung's website

- Promotion linked below - I confirmed w/ customer support prior to purchasing that I was eligible for the 300 GBP cashback, but was only provided 100 GBP cashback. I lodged my concerns directly with the Samsung Promotions website.
