I have today received my SAMSUNG The Frame 55" Smart 4K TV after purchasing at the weekend. I've fitted the wall mount plates to the wall and upon fitting the opposing brackets to the rear of the TV, the internal thread of the bolt hole has stripped due to paint on the surface of the threads on both the internal thread and screw thread. I am at a loss and utterly amazed at such poor quality of fixing. Has anyone experienced this?
I have two options...request a replacement as I can no longer mount to the wall, or bite the bullet and fit the stands. Not happy as this was an expensive purchase!
