We purchased Samsung TV last year from El Corte Ingles and we were told about the promotion and we will get a refund of €200 if we purchased the TV.
We participated in Samsung promotion and the information which was required it was sent to Samsung.
We got a confirmation from Samsung that we have been registered in their system.
We telephoned several times and it was confirmed that we have been registered and the money will be sent.
Few days ago we telephoned to find out the status of our refunds and we were told that we are not entitled as the information we sent was not accurate.
Why we did not receive an email or telephone call asking us to resend the information?
How come we were told everything was fine and payment will be made on several occasions on the telephone?
And now we are told that we are not getting any money.
