I have just spent the last hour and 40 minutes onto Samsung support, got cut off and still don't have any understanding of what the problem is, my TV remote does not work and have replaced the batteries, furthermore as per the video, something takes control of the TV as per the transparent controls and randomly turns the tv off or on, changes the channels, turns the volume up or down. I've had to unplug the mains because it won't stop and the support tech seemed more interested in the batteries, even though it was happening whilst she was remotely controlling my TV. what do I do?
