I bought a 43" TU7175 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV (2020) a couple of weeks back, comes with nice free "rakuten" channels but whenever i watch said channels.. i keep getting the samsung TV welcome screen i gotta keep closing and its getting really frustrating, ive created an account and logged in thinking that would help but nothing.
