"DELETE" Voice Command does not work on BT TV

The "DELETE" voice command does not have any affect when trying to delete a recorded/viewed program on BT TVs "MyTV Recordings page". When you select a recording you get the following options (buttons) at the bottom of the TV screen. (ok button)/"WATCH", (i button)/"INFO", (del button)/"DELETE", (yellow button)/"LOCK".   Saying delete, del, delete button, del button, sub, sub button, subtitle or subtitle button has no effect.

@mkp666: What is the model number of your TV? Are you using a Smart Remote and attempting to use the voice commands feature on your BT Cable Box? Are you able to confirm if any other voice commands work, or is the problem only affecting the Delete function?

Model UE55NU8000, using the smart remote voice commands. The other voice commands work for the (BT hub) BT Cable Box. It is just the DELETE voice command that does not work.
