QN95B - Motion Distortion Issues - "Soap Opera" Effect ?

Hi all,

purchased 2022 QN95B yesterday - so please excuse the newbie question...

Happened to be watching Boxing and noticed severe motion distortion -- to the extent that it looked like the boxers had multiple arms whist moving and punching. It was essentially unwatchable.

Does anyone know if this is an example of the "soap opera" effect and how to remedy this?

Hi @Arejay  can you check the Auto Motion Plus Settings,Go to settings-Expert settings-Picture-Expert settings-Auto Motion Plus. If this is set to auto I would either have it on  a low setting or switch it off entirely.
