Qn94 and iplayer

Had my qn94 for 5 days and twice so far when watching iplayer beta the tv had turned itself off,not a shut down but like the plugs been pulled.its then turns back on with whas looks like a soft reset.Anyone else had this problem?Is it the tv or iplayer? thanks in advance

We recommend checking that your software is up to date on your TV @rushy7. You can do this by going to Settings > Support > Software update > Update now.

No worries. Do you have any other devices plugged into the same power socket as your TV? If so, do they ever turn off unexpectedly?

got a bluray player and freeview recorder but they have never powered off
