QN91A - Can't enable VRR on Xbox Series X

Hi,

I have Samsung QE65QN91AATXXH so 65" version of QN91A.
I have Xbox Series X connected to TV using included HDMI 2.1 cable.
I have Xbox set to 4K 120FPS.

I can't enable VRR (variable refresh rate) on Xbox. The option is grayed out. It doesn't matter if I use game mode on TV or not.

It only has 1 hdmi 2.1 port (out of the 4). Are you sure its plugged into the right one?

Edit2: Did you enable both game mode and 120hz in your xbox picture settings, some guy on YouTube says VRR and ALLM is greyed out unless 120hz is enabled (and in game mode).
