Hello, please help. I’m trying to connect our QN90AA Samsung tv to wireless network. I go through the usual route but the tv won’t find any wireless networks of which there are many. I’ve done a factory reset but that didn’t resolve the problem. Any ideas greatly received please.

Does your TV have WiFi. If so you need to have your TV and phone on the same network.
My TV works on netgear1 and the phone on netgear5. I have to change the phone to match the TV.

you probably had, but can you please check if this function is enable don your Tv? Head into the TV Settings> General> Network> Expert Settings> Wi-Fi.
