QN90A Neo QLED Common Interface

I bought the QN90A Neo QLED, and I'm already starting to regret it.

There was a plastic cover in the package which I connected it on the back side of the TV (where it reads common interface).

I can no longer remove the cover. It's stuck indefinitely.

What's the purpose of the common interface? And how can I remove the cover?

Samsung customer support are of course unavailable.

Please see the picture below.

The Common Interface is the connection between the TV tuner (TV or set-top box) and the module that decrypts the TV signal (CAM). This module, in turn, then accepts the pay-to-view subscriber card, which contains the access keys and permissions. ... The Common Interface allows them to communicate with each other.

As for removing it
I have no idea
Did do a search but couldn't
Find anything

Did you manage to remove the common interface? We have the same problem trying to remove it.

Yes bro, I managed and never mounted it again.

It doesn't require applying any force. You only need to twist it the right way.

If you don't manage to remove it, report a case to Samsung. They should send a technician to remove it for you at no charge.
