Since the day my 4 retail setting QN800B updated to 1520, they now power off after 3 hours. Even though (as they were before) both the screen saver and power off settings are both set to off. I have a 5th QN800B that did not update, and that stays on all the time.
It's 100% related to the update, the issues started when they updated and the one that didn't update kept working.
Phone support has been absolutely useless. Anyone have this issue or know a fix? Factory reset does NOT reset the version, not exactly a factory reset then is it. HELP
