QN700A Problem and Samsungs Terrible service

2 weeks ago my QN700A started rebooting randomly after 3 months when I bought it. So I called my retailer who informs me my warranty  lies with Samsung. Now even after being told to jump through hoops with telephone supports "troubleshooting" I managed to book an engineer who then right away book it as not repairable and have a Alternative resolution. All of which ive had to chase. Now over 10 days have gone by since the replacement was ordered. Its only just got into the couriers warehouse and now that courier with only 4 delivery drivers clearly cant handle samsungs contract as it will take another 6 days to get the TV to me. Im seriously never buying samsung ever again

That's certainly not what we like to hear, @Whiskeyomega, and we'd like to apologise for the inconvenience you've received to date. Is your TV being replaced with a like for like model?

Yes it got replaced for a like to like model however the time It took was completely unacceptable. I got the TV yesterday 15th of Nov. It even says on the Paper work from the courier that delivered it to me that this was due on the 9th and booked on the 4th with Yusen Logistics.

Never got a reply or resolution from the complaints team at Samsung.
