I have a top of the line 8k Q900r (2019) that will not work with Ethernet. It works fine with WiFi, but I don't like using Wifi for TVs. Anyone know how to fix this?
check your LAN cable by testing on another device and check the port itself to see if the pins are not damaged in any way. if all fails contact samsung and they would book an engineer to swap the One Connect mainboard itself. Board itself is about $100
