qn65q8camfxza Control Volume on Sonos

Hello,

I have a qn65q8camfxza TV that I use my sonos sound bar with through an optical cable. Unfortunately, I cannot get the remote that comes with the TV to control the volume directly to the sound bar, even after trying this:

I am thinking its the actual remote, and not the TV itself... If I buy a different remote (samsung one?) will it work with this TV and be able to control the volume on the sonos sound bar?

Have you tried using a different connection like HDMI or Bluetooth and see if that works?

Unfortunately the Sonos Playbar doesn’t have these options…it’s optical or WiFi to my knowledge
