I have a Qled QE55Q7F for 32 months now. İf i turn the TV on at the morning the screen looks like the photo blue/black ish.
What I already did to try out.
- soft reset (unplug power for 1.5 hour)
- hard reset via menu
- checked the fiber optic cable
İf i hold the power button for approximately 4 sec the TV restarts and the screen goes back to normal.
