Hello all.. QLED Q7FAM TV screen picture lost blue/black.... sound ok. unpluged the connect box and the screen displays a pictorial of the connect box and tv displaying insert cables "fibre/ power ..I plug it back in and the sound comes back, but no picture !!.any ideas..?? Out of warranty 2017flag ship tv broken after only 2 year use. Not great 😥

Not sure ..think I did look a while ago when I was looking for a longer one conect cable but don't recall finding any detail. Who at Samsung could tell me?

Hi Pat, did changing the cable resolve your image issues? We are having the same issue with our 2017 model.

Unfortunately not..told I need to get the remote box fixed but it also has to be paired to the TV. Could be £400, so I've left it for now. Looking at getting a Sony but waiting to see what else might be out the tcl 8 series maybe
