Hi,

QLED-Q6FN (QN55Q6FNA) is supposed to have HDR10+ support. However, it does not show the HDR10+ sign when I play HDR10+ content using the Amazon Prime Video such as Jack Ryan as it should. It only shows HDR just like this picture maxresdefault

In another Samsung QLED TV I can see the sign correclty, just like this picture

HDR10+.jpg

I am running the firware version T-KTM2AKUC-1294.1, BT - S

Can you please help me solve this problem?

Thanks

Gilson

Just an update on this one: Samsung has confirmed that QLED-Q6FN does not have HDR10+ support. They have agreed to replace my TV with a QN65Q70R which does have HDR10+ support.
I encourage you all who are having the same problem to try do the same.

Hi Gilson,

I have a Q6FN, I'll try mine too.

Thanks.
