QLED Q60 43 inch - turning off and on by itself

I recently purchased a brand new QLED 43" Q60 which worked absolutely perfectly for 24 hours, after which it has developed major clitches and keeps turning itself off and on - especially when using apps

I see from a few older posts this is not totally uncommon, but wanted to ask if anyone has any advice on how to fix (I have already done the Smart Hub reset but no joy)

Hi, I've got the same problem worked fine for three months then last night started to turn off and on by itself and the remote is none responsive.
