I’ve had the 43 inch QLED tv for several months, overall I’m pleased with it but there are a few problems.
1. The apps keep signing me out, almost every time I try to use an app I have to sign in again which is a slow process with the onscreen keyboard.
2. I keep losing the freesat channels. Every now and again the ‘Live TV Freesat’ option disappears from the home menu and I can only watch Samsung TV Plus. Going to the settings menu and searching for channels solves the issue.
It’s as if the Samsung software ‘forgets’ data or somehow gets reset.
