Hello.
I have an issue with my The Frame 2020 65" tv. In many shows, when the TV shows gray or dark image, banding lines are very noticeable and very annoying.
This happens in many series, on Netflix, on Disney+, HBO, TV content, Blu-Ray content, etc. It is not a problem of video input.
However, it does not occur with bright images such as the image autochecking provided by the TV
I have tried:
1) Change all settings
2) Using another one-connect cable
3) Update the firmware
4) Reset the TV.
But nothing has solved the problem. Samsung technical support has connected my TV remotely, and they tell me that they do not notice the problem. Although they confirm that they see my screen on a small monitor.
Please, I need solution. The television is under warranty, but the technical service does not acknowledge the problem.
