We have bought a QE49Q70R and are having problems with no sound from the Virgin V6 box when the TV is turned on. Sound works fine on Apps like Netflix and the TV menu sounds work. The weird thing is that the sound will come on after about 5 minutes. Different HDMI cables don’t fix it. Any ideas? Samsung not interested in fixing it.

I have same issue. It happens around 80% of the time. The delay before sound cuts in varies. As a workaround I have connected the cable box to an amplifier.
