Hi @Adrian-J. Is your TV currently connected using an ethernet cable? If so, this could be the issue as it needs to be connected using Wi-Fi.

  • Hiya Carl

thanks for reply

yes tv by cable -WiFi wasn’t good for the 4K content so I need to keep it connected by cable

you connect tv via WiFi & get Alexa functionality  2018 model ?

That's right, the on/off feature should work using Wi-Fi with your model, @Adrian-J

Thanks again Carl
Shame as I must keep it hard wired

I might try one of those harmony signal senders for complete control

Big thanks
