There is a constant barking noise coming from the back of the TV.

The frequency is about 1 second - it sounds like a fan is starting up trying to run then stopping. Like Bzzzz, Bzzzz, Bzzzz etc.
I have turned the TV off at the mains all night and day and the noise continues.
Any ideas on how to resolve please?
