Help ! Can’t find any answers on why or how to resolve - waste of time talking to chat bot, or calling product support, hung up on me 3 times yes I have unplugged etc please give me credit I have 6 TVs and 50 connected AV devices I can sis out a simple. Unplug reset

No it’s not sorted and I have been told I now have to wait for a repair visit - who knows when that will be - looks like my kids Christmas TV has been ruined
this is appalling from Samsung especially at this time of year
