I am annoyed as 30 days ago I had a repair went through all the rigmarole that Samsung wanted . Now 30 days later my tv goes black again . And again I am going through the hurdles of getting another repair 1 month later . Now I have to prove I have 5 year guarantee and I have to send videos . Photos emails Now proof I purchased it from currys . Disgusting why Did you repair it 30 days ago for free ??? I am shocked at the behaviour and the way samsung treat its customers . Tomorrow . I am trading in all of my Samsung watches phones and TV once its repaired again to go anything but Samsung my faith in the product has been lost .
