QE55QN700B - Startup problem after upgrade to 1420.9

Hi

Since lastest upgrade whenever I use the remote to switch on I get a Samsung QLED logo followed by a screen displaying an image of a house and sparks coming from it. What does this screen mean, what is the TV trying to do?

Hi, @jhgtisca. I'd be happy to get this clarified for you. Please can you post a picture of the new image that you're seeing on your TV?

Aside from seeing this new image after starting up, is your TV still working as expected after the software update?

thanks for offer of help. This is the screen that I now get if I turn on the TV using the remote

If I leave it for a few minutes it will eventually move on to the home screen and the TV works just fine.

The connected devices are a BT TV Pro Box  through HDMI 1 and Samsung Soundbar HW-Q800B through ARC/eARC.

Before the latest upgrade the TV would open with the Home Screen.

I’m getting the exact same issue it’s like the tv is turning completely off and then having to reboot when you turn it back on. This is a pain due to the time it takes and it then wants to run the screen optimisation routine. 
This is on 1420.
Has anyone had any luck sorting this?

I apologise for the later-than-anticipated reply, @jhgtisca and @Illy3. I'll get this clarified with one of our TV Specialists.

@Illy3, please can you confirm which devices (if any) you have connected to your TV? I just want to see if there's a correlation there. Also, please can you let me know approximately how long the image remains on your display?
