As a partially deaf person, the Bluetooth volume is too low. My Sony and Samsung Galaxy Buds are fine and are able to control up/down volume with the TV. I do not have an issue controlling the volume on this TV, but my headphones are so loud enough for me while using it on my Samsung smartphone and other devices.
The issue is the TV, the Bluetooth volume is capped, there has to be a way to increase it over 100, does the secret menu have the option to increase sound decibels ? I have entered the secret menu, but it's greyed out.
