I have a very strange problem. In live terrestrial TV I can hear the channel selected, but just see a blue screen with "TV" in the middle of it. I don't see the channel. However, when I go into the guide I can see the channel perfectly in the small preview at the top left of the screen. I have tried all sorts and can't get it to work again. Thanks in advance for any help

@MalcM, Do you have soundbar hooked up to your TV ?

Hi kamil, yes we do have a Samsung soundbar with an optical connection. I had not even considered that this might be involved. What are your thoughts?

@MalcM, I have similar problem. My setup is QE43Q60RAT and soundbar HW-Q800T connected via HDMI. Sometimes when I switch from app (Youtube, Netflix etc.) to HDMI 1 or terrestrial TV there's no video. Only sound. The strange part is that the video is visible in HDMI test, and TV guide.
Both devices have installed latest firmware. This issue started to appear after I connected soundbar to my TV. Before soundbar everything was ok. Below are list of threads with identical issue:
Q60r TV Terrestrial TV Sound but no picture
Brak obrazu w telewizorze QLED
Samsung QE65Q60RA nie przełącza źródła
Samsung q90r niebieski ekran przy przełączaniu źródła nadawnaia

Today Samsung released 1380.7 firmware for 2019 TVs which fixed this bug. Visit Samsung support page for your model to download it and install from USB.
